Causes and solutions for high-voltage protection tripping. Usually the more common ones include the following:

1. The ambient temperature is too high (air-cooled type requires ≤42℃) Solution: If the ambient temperature is too high, you can open the machine box panel to enhance the surrounding air circulation, or install several exhaust fans. If this is not possible, you can use water-cooled models. Water-cooled models do not have strict requirements on ambient temperature.

2. Improper model selection Solution: If the machine model is improperly selected, ask professionals for the correct configuration. The normal temperature air dryer requires the inlet air temperature to be ≤45°C, and the high-temperature type requires ≤80°C. Once the inlet air temperature exceeds, the model must be changed or an aftercooler must be installed.

3. The condenser is clogged. Solution: The air-cooled condenser is dirty and clogged. Use compressed air to blow it clean. If the water-cooled condenser is dirty and blocked, first turn off the cooling circulating water, then open the end cover of the condenser, find a straight rod that is thinner than the copper tube, wrap it with cloth or cotton gauze, and then lightly sew it inside each copper tube. Pull gently back and forth to clean the dirt inside the tube. If the dirt is serious, add some detergent to clean it, and then open the water inlet valve for flushing.

4. The water cooling system does not meet the requirements (requires water pressure above 0.2Mpa, water temperature ≤32°C) Solution: The water cooling system requires cooling water temperature ≤32°C, water pressure ≥0.2Mpa. If not met, it may also lead to high pressure Jump.

5. Internal leakage of the evaporator. Solution: After the evaporator has an internal leakage point, the compressed air enters the refrigeration system through the leakage point, causing the exhaust temperature to become higher and higher, the refrigerant high pressure will also increase, and the high-pressure protection will trip.
